1st – Georgina Porteous - Porsche Chester
We haven't spoken before but I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a wonderful member of staff you have in Georgina Porteous. My father, Michael Gray, a long standing client of yours took delivery of his new Macan on Saturday, a high point as he is struggling with cancer and has been very unwell. He has always over the years talked very fondly of Georgina, but it wasn't until Saturday I saw just why with my own eyes. Due to his illness Georgina kindly delivered the car to his home and made the "experience" exactly what it should be and what is so often forgotten in today's world. She was patient, she cared, her knowledge of the car was amazing and her empathy and customer skills were second to none.She topped it off with flowers and some lovely gifts which where the icing on the cake, but it was Georgina who created the "WOW".She is a credit to herself, Porsche Chester and Porsche UK and if there is any sort of national employee award, I would certainly back her for it.In a world where people are so quick to moan and complain, I felt it only right to drop you a line to say "well done Georgina" and well done to you for having such amazing staff. You won a new client in me, in the process and I have began dialogue with Georgina for a new 911 in May 2026 but that's by the by, today she needs a huge pat on the back for making my Dad who is very unwell smile and she and the lovely new car have given him hope and respite from the illness. Have a great evening and thank you for looking after my Dad.
2nd- Steve Topp - Bentley Leicester
Kevin Dady had his car in and last minute needed his car back before the weekend. We didnt have any drivers available, but Steve made himself available and drove the car back to Peterborough on a Friday night, and he didn't get back to Leicester until 9pm.
Steve didnt make a big deal, and the first we found out was the glowing review the customer wrote!
Steve is always positive and adopts a can do attitude. This review just highlights it!

3rd –Amy Childs- Graypaul Nottingham
On Thursday night after the technicians had gone home one of our clients called; he had had ‘one of the worst days of his life’. He had lost his car keys whilst walking around, at 5.15pm he had managed to get into his house, found the spare key, got a taxi back to his car was parked to find the key didn’t work. He was about in tears on the phone.
Amy took the call and decided that she would go out to him after work with her tool kit in the hope that it was a battery that needed changing. It took around an hour to get to him.
After speaking to him it turned out his brother was taken into hospital having had a stroke and he needed to go and see him that night. Luckily the battery changed worked and he was on his way to the hospital within 20 mins of Amy gettering there.
The client was genuinely very happy and overwhelmed that someone from the dealership had gone out to him in their own time to help him and he was able to visit his brother.
